Registration and payment before April 30th 2008 guarantees the reduced conference fee. When you register online, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hrs.

The full registration covers entrance to all conference activities (talks, presentations, exhibitions, posters, opening and closing receptions and foray). You are also entitled to the conference bag with all conference informational materials and book of proceedings.

Day Passes are for the exhibition only and can be paid on the day of conference at the gate.

Accepted abstracts will be included in the book of Abstracts for registered participants only.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing, indicating your name and registration number and send to the Secretariat . Cancellations by December 31st 2008 will be returned minus an administrative charge of 20%. Cancellations by January 31st 2009 will be returned minus an administrative charge of 50%. No refunds will be possible for cancellations received after February 1st 2009. No refund for registered participants who do not attend the conference.
